Since 1988 Silver Creek Farm had been a commercial grower of quality trees and nursery stock. The visionary’s and founders of Silver Creek Farm Jace and Martha Buchanan decided the time was ripe for a change. So in 2020 they paired up with two Arizona garlic farmers, Jim and Etta to begin growing several varieties of garlic. Our many combined years of experience in growing quality products and our dedication to caring for the land is key in providing the best produce and merchandise.

 Once upon a farm everyone farmed the natural way. We're here to do it that way today. We have a sentimental view of farming and preserving . Do it simply and naturally. This produces impeccable harvests,season after season. Inspired by the garlic harvest and guided by today's faster pace and lighter palate, together we have created foods for everyday enjoyment.
